How to cook snack of lightly salted salmon "bells" step by step with photos
|
To prepare the stuffing: eggs are boiled, peeled and finely chopped together with the crab meat (you can twist it a couple of times in a blender).
Add chopped green onions and sour cream (for elastic consistency). Stir well.
Slice the pre-cooled salmon into thin slices. |
|
Take any small bowls and cover them with cling film.
Place the fish slices on each side of the bowl.
Fill them with ready-made stuffing, tamping it down lightly.
Cover the forms with cling film and put in the refrigerator for 2 hours (or better overnight). |
|
Take out, turn over, decorate and serve our "bells" to the table.
Enjoy Enjoy!. |
