  • Honey - 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon - 1 pc
  • Bell pepper - 2 pcs
  • Soy sauce (TM soy sauce "Kikkoman") - 3 tablespoon
  • Black pepper - 2 g
  • White pepper - 2 g
  • Greens - 15 g

How to cook appetizer "cocktail" step by step with photos


Ingredients for the appetizer

Cut the pepper into small cubes

Combine honey, lemon juice and soy sauce "Kikkoman"

Use a blender to blend the mixture into a thick paste

Put spices in boiling water, put seafood in water with spices for a minute, take it out of water and cool

Add chopped herbs and dress with prepared sauce
