  • Crab Sticks - 3 pcs
  • Soy sauce (Kikkoman)
  • Fish fillet (boiled) - 250 g
  • Green onions - 2 tablespoon
  • Rice (raw) - 2 tablespoon
  • Grease (goose) - 0.5 teaspoon
  • Carrots - 1 tablespoon
  • Water - 0.5 glass
  • Flaky puff pastry - 200 g
  • Onions - 1 teaspoon

How to cook appetizer "for dinner" step by step with photos

Roll out the puff pastry and cut into strips. Roll up each strip as shown in the photo.

Place the curls on a baking tray and bake in the oven until soft. Let cool the curls until done.

Mash the boiled fish fillets well and mix with Kikkoman soy sauce to taste. Add the green onions.

Put goose fat in a saucepan and heat through. Add shredded onion and grated carrots. Braise for 2-3 minutes. Then add water. When water begins to boil, add rice and cook until tender (pilaf consistency). Combine cooled rice and fish.

Fill curls with stuffing.
