Ingredients for the snack of small fish caviar:


  • Fish Caviar / Caviar (salted, pierced) - 200 g
  • Sugar - 1 teaspoon
  • Chili pepper (1 - 2 tsp.l. (fine peppers and flakes)) - 1 teaspoon
  • Greens (dill, green onions) - 2 sprigs.
  • Sesame oil (vegetable) - 2 tablespoon
  • Sesame (for serving) - 1 tablespoon

How to cook small fish roe appetizer step by step with photos


Stir in the caviar and add the sugar and hot red peppers.

Wash and dry the onions and dill and finely chop them. Add the herbs, chili flakes and sesame oil to the caviar and stir to combine.

Chill in fridge and let infuse for about. 1 to 3 hours.

Serve as a stuffing for boiled eggs, garnished with greens and fried sesame seeds.

It's also good on a sandwich.
