Snack with Shrimp

This appetizer is perfect for everyday and special occasions. It's light, tasty and easy to prepare, fast as well.
Ingredients for a light snack with shrimp:

How to cook easy appetizer with shrimp step by step with photos

Pour boiling water over the shrimp and leave for 3 minutes. Drain. Let shrimp cool and peel. |

Cut the tomatoes into rings about 6 mm thick. Prepare wasabi and optionally guacamole. I wanted a spicy twist to this appetizer, so wasabi was very tasty. |

I used a pastry cutter and spoon some soft cheese onto a slice of tomato, then spoon wasabi and guacamole on the side. Put shrimp and dill sprig on top. Enjoy!
