Ingredients for a light snack with shrimp:


  • Shrimp (royal) - 10 pcs
  • Soft cheese (cottage cheese with dill) - 1 package.
  • Greens - 1 bunch.
  • Tomato (large) - 2 pcs
  • Wasabi - 30 g

How to cook easy appetizer with shrimp step by step with photos


Pour boiling water over the shrimp and leave for 3 minutes. Drain. Let shrimp cool and peel.

Cut the tomatoes into rings about 6 mm thick. Prepare wasabi and optionally guacamole. I wanted a spicy twist to this appetizer, so wasabi was very tasty.

I used a pastry cutter and spoon some soft cheese onto a slice of tomato, then spoon wasabi and guacamole on the side. Put shrimp and dill sprig on top. Enjoy!
