Cooked Sprats

Nutritional Value

Not only is it winter, but there's a crisis on the horizon. After reviewing all the recipes for homemade sprats on the site, I decided to lay out mine. No liquid smoke, no vinegar, no multicooker. Environmentally friendly and from the oven. I hope that this recipe will be good for the holidays for many people.

Rinse and gut the capelin.

Add soy sauce and seasoning.

Boil some tea with 1 cup boiling water. Add the tea and oil to the fish. Put on high heat in oven, reduce heat to low as heat comes to a boil. Cook for 1-1,5 hours depending on the size of fish.

It is excellent for sandwiches or salads with sprats. In anticipation of the holidays, I hope this will be a timely recipe for someone.
