Ingredients for the sprats appetizer:


  • Cherry Tomatoes - 6 pcs
  • Chicken Egg - 3 pcs
  • Smoked cheese (jillette) - 70 g
  • Mayonnaise ("Maheev" Olive) - 3 tablespoon
  • Dill (finely chopped) - 1 tablespoon
  • Sprats - 1 jar.
  • Black olives (decoration)

How to cook sprats step by step with photos


Boil eggs and wash tomatoes.

Cut the lid off the tomato and carefully take out all the pulp with a small spoon, Peel and cut the eggs in half lengthwise, take out the yolk.

Finely chop the smoked cheese, shred the egg yolks, add the dill and mix with mayonnaise "Maheev" Olive. The stuffing is ready.

Stuff the tomatoes and egg whites with it.

Put fish and olive on a skewer and stuff it with tomato and egg. Our appetizer is ready!
