Sprats appetizer

Two ways to serve. I suggest you make an original appetizer with sprats in egg and cherry tomatoes, stuffed with smoked cheese and dill. This stand-up dish is very good as an appetizer for strong drinks and will decorate the New Year table.

How to cook sprats step by step with photos

Boil eggs and wash tomatoes. |

Cut the lid off the tomato and carefully take out all the pulp with a small spoon,
Peel and cut the eggs in half lengthwise, take out the yolk. |

Finely chop the smoked cheese, shred the egg yolks, add the dill and mix with mayonnaise "Maheev" Olive. The stuffing is ready. |
