  • Squid - 1 pc
  • Crab Sticks - 1 pc
  • Cream cheese - 2 teaspoon
  • Dill (finely chopped) - 1 teaspoon
  • Sesame - 1 teaspoon
  • Lime - 1 pc
  • Shrimp - 5 pcs

How to cook calamari canapés with crab sticks step by step with photos

Boil the calamari in salted water (from the moment the water begins to boil, cook for 1 minute, then cover and leave to boil for 20 minutes). Drain and cool. The squids are very tender because of the way they are boiled. Cut the squid carcass into a rectangle slightly larger than the unwrapped crab stick. Brush the squid with melted cheese and sprinkle with dill. Place crab stick on top and strip bell bell pepper on it.

Roll up.

Fry shrimp in oil with salt and pepper, roll in sesame seeds.

Slice calamari-crab roll into 1.5 cm thick circles. Thread a circle of the roll on a skewer and put a shrimp on top. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and lime zest.
