Squid dip

In the Soviet days, my parents used to buy store-bought "Ocean" Squid cutlets. I liked them a lot. It's not what they sell now. I decided to make squid dumplings myself.
Ingredients for squid dip:

Peeled.
Grind squid, onions, garlic. I did not have barberry or pomegranate seeds, but I found goji berries. Grinded them in the same place |

I added salt, spices, stirred them in. Goji berries gave an interesting orange color to the stuffing. |

All seafood is cooked very quickly to avoid rubberiness. These cutlets are no exception. Just 5 minutes in the steamer and a little pan-frying.
