Ingredients for calamari in batter:

Squid

• Squid (rings ) - 150 g
• Chicken egg - 1 pc
• Sour cream - 3 tablespoon
• Wheat flour / Flour - 2 tablespoon
• Salt
• Spices (thyme, oregano, basil, coriander...)

Sauce

• Sour cream - 2 tablespoon
• Garlic - 1 clove
• Greens
• Cucumber (salted. Very little )

How to cook calamari in batter step by step with photos

	Slice calamari into rings and dry a little
	Make batter. Mix all ingredients for the batter (sour cream, egg, flour, salt, spices).
	Dip rings in batter with a fork and fry on a well heated frying pan with oil on both sides for 1-2 minutes.
	Prepare sauce. Add chopped greens, garlic and cucumbers to sour cream. You can eat it. Enjoy!!!!
