Ingredients for squid stuffed with cheese and shrimp mousse:

How to cook squid stuffed with shrimp-cheese mousse step by step with photos

Peel the squids (you can do it easily by scalding them with boiling water - the skins will peel right off). Boil in boiling salted water for 1-1.5 minutes, no more, otherwise the squid will become rubbery.

Grate cheese on a coarse grater. For this dish I used Belebeyevsky Dairy Kombinat's Belfort cheese. It has a sweet-nutty flavor, made from natural milk with no added vegetable fats.

Thaw and scald the shrimp. Put shrimp, cheese in blender bowl. Shred with a blender.

Add mayonnaise (or, if desired, sour cream), salt. Process again with a blender.

Stuff the chicken with the mousse and leave in the refrigerator for a few hours.

Slice and serve.

Enjoy Enjoy!!
