Ingredients for calamari stuffed with cod liver, steamed:

  • Squid (carcasses) - 4 pcs
  • Onions - 1 pc
  • Green onions (5 pieces) - 1 bunch.
  • Chicken egg (boiled) - 2 pcs
  • Cod liver (I have 240 g) - 1 jar.
  • Butter (for pouring over the finished dish) - 2 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • White pepper - to taste
  • Rice - 0.5 glass

How to cook calamari stuffed with cod liver on steam step by step with photos

Boil the eggs for 7 minutes and then immerse them in cold water. Cook rice until almost cooked through, leaving it slightly hard. Chop onion, spring onion, egg and cod liver.

Mix with rice. Salt and pepper to taste.

Rinse squid carcasses and wash them well

Stuff the squid carcasses with our mixture. Put them in the steamer basket. We place the basket in the bowl of the multicooker, pouring the water to the minimum level. I pour 0.5 liter. Set the steaming mode for 10 minutes.
