  • Squid - 500 g
  • Chicken egg (boiled) - 4-5 pcs
  • Onion (onions or green to taste)
  • Hard cheese - 100-150 g
  • Green olives (or walnuts)

How to cook appetizer "storm" step by step with photos


Boil the calamari. (To make sure that the calamari are always soft, you need to add a little vinegar to the boiling water.) Pass the calamari through the meat grinder.

Then finely chop or grate boiled eggs and onion.
