Strawberry herring appetizer

I know the basic scheme of this recipe a long time ago. So I decided to work on the decorations. I'm sure your guests will be pleasantly surprised.
Ingredients for herring snack "strawberry":
- Herring (Fillet) - 100 g
- Potatoes (Boiled) - 4 pcs
- Onions - 1 pc
- Beet (Beetroot juice for decoration) - 50 g
- Mint (For decoration)
- Confectionery (For decoration sprinkles)
How to cook herring appetizer "strawberry" step by step with photos

Grate potatoes with a fine grater, cut herring and onion into small pieces. |

Take a little of the potato mass, make a flat onion and herring, then put it into a strawberry shape. |
|
Dip the ready strawberry in beet juice. Decorate with sprinkles and mint. |
