Ingredients for Stuffed Crayfish:

  • Crayfish (large) - 10 pcs
  • Dill (large bundle for boiling crayfish)
  • Red Pepper (for boiling crayfish) - 1 pc
  • Salt (to boil the crayfish)
  • Water (for cooking the crayfish)
  • Chicken egg (cooked for stuffing) - 2 units
  • Crab sticks (for stuffing) - 3 units
  • Hard cheese (for stuffing) - 50 g
  • Yogurt (classical for stuffing) - 2 tablespoon
  • Sweet paprika (stuff it in the stuffing)

How to cook stuffed crayfish step by step with photos

Rinse crayfish well under running water

Boil them in well salted water with dill and bell peppers.

Dismantle five crayfish, wash and dry their shells well, do not take the meat out of the tail.

Take the meat out of five crayfish from the tail, put boiled eggs, crab sticks, yoghurt, cheese and crayfish necks in a blender until smooth, lightly salt it.
