Stuffed herring on beet

Stuffed herring with cottage cheese, cranberries, pickled onions with soy sauce and dill, served on beet slices with a lemon twist will grace your buffet table.

How to cook stuffed herring on beets step by step with photos

Finely chop onions, mix with Naturally brewed mild soy sauce TM "Kikkoman", Marinate for 15 minutes. |

Soak gelatin in 4 tablespoon of cold water for 15 minutes, add onion with marinade, cottage cheese, dill, mix. |

Add frozen cranberries, stir. |
|
Peel herring, cut into 2 pieces, remove from bones. Place the cheese mixture on one half. |
|
Cover with the second piece of fish, wrap in clingfilm and leave in the refrigerator overnight. |
|
Slice stuffed herring into portions, place on slices of boiled beet and garnish with lemon. |
