Taramokeftedes
Fried rissoles with cod roe and aromatic herbs for Lent.
Ingredients for "Taramokeftedes":
- Fish caviar / Caviar (cod) - 150 g
- Green onions - 1 pc
- Bread (white) - 4 slices.
- Dill - 1/3 bunch.
- Parsley - 1/3 bunch.
- Spinach (Same amount as dill, parsley)
- Black pepper
- Olive oil - 3 tablespoon
- Wheat flour / Flour (for crumbling)
- Vegetable oil (for frying)

Chop greens, mix thoroughly with cod roe. |

Soak bread in water. Squeeze and add to the mixture. |

Add pepper and olive oil and knead well. |

Make meatballs, roll in flour and fry until golden. |
