  • Dill - 1/3 bunch.
  • Parsley - 1/3 bunch.
  • Spinach (Same amount as dill, parsley)
  • Black pepper
  • Olive oil - 3 tablespoon
  • Wheat flour / Flour (for crumbling)
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)

How to cook taramokeftedes step by step with photos


Chop greens, mix thoroughly with cod roe.

Soak bread in water. Squeeze and add to the mixture.

Add pepper and olive oil and knead well.

Make meatballs, roll in flour and fry until golden.
