  • Black pepper (to taste)
  • Mustard (to taste)
  • Sour cream (cream or mayonnaise)
  • Greens (a little)
  • Salmon (lightly salted, a little)

How to cook tartlets with salmon and shrimp cream step by step with photos

Boiled peeled shrimp, egg yolks, salt, pepper, and a little sour cream, cream or mayonnaise, whip everything in a blender until it becomes creamy, plus finely chopped greens, mix it up.
