  • Shrimp (large, cooked) - 20 pcs
  • Garlic - 2 clove
  • Ginger (fresh) - 5 g
  • Chili pepper - 1 pc
  • Sugar - 1 teaspoon
  • Sauce (fishy Nam Pla) - 1 tablespoon
  • Lime (juice) - 1 pc
  • Cilantro - 1/2 bunch.

How to cook shrimp Thai style step by step with photos


Ingredients.

1. Peel the shrimp. Finely chop garlic, ginger, pepper and coriander. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce.

2. Pour the sauce over the shrimp and leave in the refrigerator to marinate overnight.

3. Drain the marinade and pour it into 10 small glasses. Thread two shrimp on a skewer and put them in the shot glasses. Serve chilled.
