  • Sprats - 1 jar.
  • Cucumber (fresh) - 1 pc
  • Mustard - 1 teaspoon
  • Vinegar - 1 teaspoon
  • Onions - 1 pc
  • Salt
  • Dill

How to cook tomatoes stuffed with sprats step by step with photos


Grate onion on a grater

Cut cucumber into small cubes

dice the sprats as well

Leave 6 tails, wash the greens

mix the onion, cucumber and sprats, season with salt, mustard, vinegar and sprats oil

stir in

Trim the tomatoes off the top

spoon out the seeds

Fill the tomatoes with the stuffing, insert the tails of the sprats and decorate with dill greens, cover the caps
