How to cook appetizer "tornado" step by step with photos

Main Ingredients.
First, let's make the sauce: mince the garlic, rub it with the vegetable oil (I used the oil from the sprats), add honey, lemon juice. Add salt and spices and mix well.

Boil some eggs, fry onion. Put the rice, sprats (the quality of which was really bad - they were falling apart, but it's good for this appetizer), corn, onion, nuts (I didn't use any) in a heatproof dish, make a hill and pour the sauce over it. Leave for an hour. |

Stir, sprinkle with grated cheese and put in the oven for 5-10 minutes to melt the cheese. Serve hot. |
