Ingredients for trout tartare with vegetables:

  • Trout (smoked) - 100 g
  • Petiole celery - 1 pc
  • Sweet pepper - 1 pc
  • Cucumber (if long, 1/2) - 1 pc
  • Sour cream - 60 g

How to cook trout tartare with vegetables step by step with photos

Cut the trout into pieces

Peel and peel the pepper and cucumber (remove the seeds from the cucumber with a spoon). Slice and dice. Chop the celery in the same way.

Mix fish and vegetables. Add chopped dill, sour cream, black pepper. Salt if needed.

Cut the bread into small pieces and toast slightly in the oven or in a dry pan. (You can also use crackers or just a circle of cucumber instead of bread.) Spread the tartar on the bread (I did it with a ring)

Arrange on a plate.
