Tuna Steak

A good snack with sake for adults. And a healthy, full-fried fish for kids. Help yourself!!!
Ingredients for Tuna "steak":

Tuna
(frozen)

5 slices.

Olive oil
(for frying)

Salt
(to taste)

Lemon juice
(half lemon)
How to cook tuna "steak" step by step with photos

Defrost tuna. Heat a pan. Pour in a little olive oil and heat through. Place tuna steaks on the pan and fry on high heat for 1 minute on each side. Season with salt and half a lemon. |

Cut the steak into strips. |
|
Serve with fresh cucumber, green onions, orange, balsamic sauce. Or to your taste. Have a nice evening!!! |

For kids, cover the pan with a lid and braise the steaks for about 5 more minutes over medium heat until fully cooked. |
