Ingredients for two kinds of appetizers with smoked trout:

  • Trout (smoked) - 150 g
  • Potatoes (medium) - 1 pc
  • Bread (rye) - 9 slices.
  • Garlic (baked) - 3 clove
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black pepper (to taste)
  • Cream (thick) - 50 ml
  • Dill (for decoration)
  • Gherkins - 5 pcs

How to cook two appetizers with smoked trout step by step with photos

For the potato chip appetizer: slice potatoes thinly with a slicer

Sprinkle with salt and paprika. Put them in the microwave for 5 minutes on max power. on high power.

These are the potato chips.

For the garlic cream: mix cream, olive oil, salt, pepper and roasted garlic.

Slice the smoked trout.

Place a piece of fish on the chips

Drizzle garlic cream on top and garnish with parsley
