How to cook fancy marinated squid rings step by step with photos
Prepare marinade and mix together all ingredients. |
Clean the squid and prepare the squid for marinating. Boil some water and add salt. We submerge the squid in the mussels for about 30 seconds and then take it out. |
Let the carcasses cool down and cut them into 0.5 cm wide rings |
We put these sliced rings in a bowl and pour the marinade on them, mix them up and you can eat them right away, or let them stay for 20 minutes. You can also add coriander, if you like. |
Ready rings are better served on a salad leaf. Try it once, and it will be a regular fixture on your table. |
