Good afternoon, I would like to offer you a simple variant of this appetizer. This form of serving in small glasses (verrins) - very common during aperitifs in France. I invite you to try verrine with avocado, cottage cheese, and smoked red fish. A very good combination!
Ingredients for verrine with red fish:
- Avocados (ripe) - 2 pcs
- Cottage cheese - 250 g
- Sour cream - 2 tablespoon
- Salmon (Any smoked red fish will do.) - 100 g
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
- Salt (to taste)
- Black pepper (to taste)
- Greens (for decoration)
