  • Hollandaise cheese - 100 g
  • Butter - 50 g
  • Red caviar - 3 tablespoon
  • Green onions - 1 bunch.
  • Olives - 2 pcs

How to cook appetizer "watermelon slice" step by step with photos


Whisk boiled eggs, 50g cheese and 50g butter in a blender, add the herring and whisk well.

Spread the paste on a plate in a semi-circle, creating a slight rim with a knife along the edge, this will help prevent the red caviar, the main decoration, from running off. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
