Ingredients for a mushroom snack on waffle cones:


  • Fried Chicken Egg (For making waffle cones) - 5 pcs
  • Wheat flour / Flour (For making waffle cones) - 1 glass
  • Butter (For making waffle cones) - 100 g
  • Salt (To make the waffle cones, you may need a little extra salt for the mushrooms) - 1 pinch.
  • Sugar (For making waffle cones) - 1 tablespoon
  • Champignons - 8 pcs
  • Onions (Medium sized) - 1 pc
  • Soy sauce (Soy sauce TM Kikkoman for stewing mushrooms) - 2 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil (1 tbsp. Spoon for mushroom stew, 1 Tbsp. tablespoon for braising onions) - 2 tablespoon
  • Sour cream (1 tbsp. spoonful for stewing mushrooms) - 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper - to taste

How to cook mushroom snack in waffle cones step by step with photos


Here we go to make the waffle cones. In a bowl add eggs (5 pieces)

Beat eggs to a light froth. Add sugar (1 Tbsp. a tablespoon), salt (pinche), add melted butter (100g.).

Gradually add flour (1 cup). Whisk the mixture. We need to obtain a slender dough. Afterwards you can bake waffles. Bake the waffles in an electric waffle iron. Roll up the ready waffle pancakes into cones.

Cut the mushrooms into small cubes.

Chop the onion into small cubes.

Place the mushrooms in a pan.

Add 1 tbsp. Tbsp. vegetable oil, add 2 tbsp. Tbsp soy sauce TM Kikkoman. Braise on medium heat until liquid evaporates and the mushrooms are done.

At the end of mushroom stew add sour cream (1 Tbsp. tablespoon).

Put onions in a separate frying pan, add vegetable oil (1 tbsp. tablespoon).

Saute the onions until crispy and brown.

Combine the sautéed onions and the braised mushrooms. Season with salt and black pepper, if necessary.

Fill waffle cones with mushroom mixture.

Garnish with fresh lettuce and tomatoes. Bon appetit at the festive table!
