I want to note that a combination of fresh and canned products gives a bright taste to this dish. Boiled dried mushrooms enhance the flavor. Mixture of varieties adds flavor.   • Onions
  • Carrot (larger)
  • Soy sauce (1 tbsp.l. Spoon, more to taste)
  • Allspice
  • Vegetable oil
  • Opyatka (Or any other pickled mushrooms, a mixture) - 300 g
  • Champignons (or any other fresh mushrooms, a mixture of mushrooms) - 300 g

How to cook mushroom mix step by step with photos

I have a simple variant today, just 2 kinds of mushrooms - fresh champignons and pickled beech mushrooms. You can pick the mushrooms to your liking. Yes, carrots and onions are must-haves.

So, I diced the onions and put them in a pan, until tender and golden. Next for the mushrooms and carrots. I peel them, then I dice them.

As soon as the onion is tender golden color, I put the carrots and fry on medium heat at least 5 minutes, then I throw in the mushrooms in the pan. I fry for another 15 minutes.

During this time I wash pickled mushrooms and chop them. I add them to the pan. Sprinkle hot pepper, pour 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, taste, add more sauce to taste. After 10 minutes our caviar/salad is ready! Let it cool. Enjoy your meal!
