  • Beans (white, Agro-Alliance) - 100 g
  • Champignons - 200 g
  • Onions - 1 pc
  • Carrots - 1 pc
  • Garlic - 2 clove
  • Vegetable oil - 3 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1/2 tablespoon
  • Pepper mixture (freshly ground) - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Green onions - to taste
  • Pine nuts - 2 tablespoon

How to cook a snack of beans with mushrooms step by step with photos


I have white beans, Agro-Alliance. Rinse, soak for a couple of hours, better overnight. Then pour water at a ratio of 1 to 5, bring to a boil and cook over medium heat until tender, at least 1 hour. I cooked for 75 minutes.

Peel onion, cut into feathers.

Peel carrots, cut into thin strips or grate on a Korean grater.

Wash and dry mushrooms, cut into segments.

Fry onion and carrot in oil in a pan until lightly browned. Put mushrooms in pan. Stir-fry and fry.

Taste and season with salt, pepper mix, lemon juice.

Add boiled beans and stir to combine.

Sprinkle in minced garlic, stir, turn off the heat. Cover with lid.

We leave it for 15 minutes, and when serving we sprinkle the shoots of green onions and dried pine nuts. You can eat it as a hot or cold appetizer. Bon appetit!!!
