  • Mayonnaise (For dressing.) - 2 tablespoon
  • Corn (Canned for decoration, can be substituted for canned peas.) - 1 jar.
  • Garlic (For frying with mushrooms.) - 3 clove
  • Champignons (For salad base. Slice and fry with onion and garlic.) - 500 g
  • Salt (For frying mushrooms.) - 1 teaspoon

How to cook bean salad with mushrooms step by step with photos


Products required:- Mushrooms, green beans (without liquid), onion, garlic, mayonnaise, oil, hard boiled eggs, salt.

Cut mushrooms in slices. Shred onion. Finely chop garlic.

Put the mushrooms in a heated pan and boil the water, then add the vegetable oil, chopped onion and garlic. If for some reason you do not like (or do not use) the garlic, you can not use it, or just smear it in a salad bowl.

Let's begin to assemble the salad. The first layer is sauteed mushrooms with onions. Add only 1 tablespoon of good mayonnaise.

Follow with a layer of white beans and then red beans. Add 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise.

Mix everything and leave in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

Before serving dress the salad with eggs and corn, or peas if you think you need, sprinkle with parsley or cilantro, and again dot with mayonnaise.

You can serve it as a separate side dish or as an appetizer. In my case it's pasta sauteed with onions and tomato sauce.
