How to cook mushrooms on a bed of beans step by step with photos
Soak beans for at least 6 hours or overnight.
Boil until soft in water with baking soda, do not salt.
Crush with a potato press. |
Stir in the mashed potatoes with salt and prowen herbs. |
Cover a large plate with cling film. Spread out the mass evenly on a plate and refrigerate. The thickness of the layer is about 7 mm.
Looking ahead, I would give you a tip to make these "pizzas" Portion by portion, so I advise you to take 2 or 3 saucers. |
While the base is cooling, prepare the toppings: fry the mushrooms with the celery, at the very end add the cauliflower cut into small pieces. Season with salt and add a clove of garlic. |
Turn the plate with the base on baking parchment, spread the stuffing on top and bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes so that the base gets a little dried out.
Serve directly on parchment with a sprinkle of herbs, it is also good with vegetables, as I said it is better to cook in portions, very easy and delicious!!! |
