  • Cream (33%) - 50 ml
  • Cheese curd (original "robiola", even good quality cottage cheese) - 200 g
  • Parmesan - 40 g
  • Greens (rosemary, sage, dill, green onions - any available) - 1 bunch.
  • Salt - to taste
  • White pepper - to taste
  • Pine nuts - 40 g

How to cook mushroom baci step by step with photos

Ingredients for the appetizer.

Wash and dry mushrooms, remove their stalks and caps.

Cream together with soft cheese, beat until creamy. Chop the greens.

Add finely grated parmesan, chopped pine nuts, greens, salt and pepper to the cheese cream. Mix well and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Put a teaspoon of cream in each half of the mushroom. Combine both halves and enjoy this delicious snack.
