Ingredients for mushroom butter:


  • Mushrooms - 350 g
  • Butter - 200 g
  • Hard cheese - 150 g
  • Onion - 1 pc
  • Spices (to taste)
  • Greens (to taste)
  • Salt (to taste)

How to cook mushroom butter step by step with photos


Boil mushrooms. I had bluetongue (that's how we call them here).

Chop an onion.

Everything is ready for mushroom oil.

Fry the mushrooms with the onions in a bit of butter - from the 200 grams that we have prepared for the recipe. We fry them briefly, to boil out the excess moisture from the mushrooms and the onions, so that they lose their bitterness.

Grind cheese, cooled onion and mushrooms in a mincer with a fine mesh three times (the more the better), or in a blender, or in some machine, in general, the finer the better. A small digression. Mushrooms are almost impossible for the human body to digest in their whole form, but the more chopped they are, the better they are digested. Add the oil.

Stir everything thoroughly! You can add chopped greens to taste.

We spread it in small jars and spread on bread! Enjoy!!
