How to cook caviar from champignons step by step with photos
Prepare all ingredients. Peel carrots and onions. Don't wash the mushrooms, just wipe them with a damp cloth and trim off any tough dirt. Do it for flavoring the mushrooms, because mushrooms get wet when they are washed, and they lose their color and smell. |
Cut the mushrooms in half, larger ones in four pieces. We place them on a baking pan lightly greased with vegetable oil and place in an oven heated to 150*yas for 25-30 minutes.
Mushrooms do not need to be fried; when they are baked, it is much healthier, and the smell is just amazing. |
While the mushrooms are cooking we fry earlier sliced onion and coarsely grated carrot in oil until soft. |
Here are our cuties. Do not overcook. |
Chop the mushrooms with a blender, not an immersion blender. Or use a meat grinder. |
Add chopped onion and carrot with a blender. Mix it up . |
We use Kikkoman soy sauce to dress our mushroom caviar. The mushrooms and soy sauce go well together.
Stir. Taste and season with salt and pepper. The soy sauce was enough for me, so I didn't use salt. Serve as sandwiches or small canapés, or as a main course, or with side dishes - potatoes, rice, etc. т. д. |
