  • Cream cheese - 8 slices.
  • Beech mushrooms (frozen) - 200 g
  • Carrots - 1 pc
  • Onion - 1 pc
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tablepoon
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black pepper (to taste)

How to cook cheese rolls with mushroom caviar step by step with photos


For this recipe I used boiled frozen beech mushrooms. I think any mushrooms will do. Peel the onions and carrots, thaw the gybs.

Slice carrots and onions.

Fry vegetables in oil, add mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 10 minutes.

Allow to cool. Place in the bowl of a food processor with "with a knife".

Quickly chop until caviar is dissolved.

Place a couple of spoonfuls of caviar in the middle of a slice of cheese.

Roll up.

Repeat with all the stuffing and cheese.
