How to cook coral or ice mushroom and squid step by step with photos


Thoroughly peel and rinse in running water, tearing off "florets".

Peel the squid and remove the membrane, rinse. Cut it into 5 x 2 cm strips.

Add oil to a frying pan and put squid on it. Cook over high heat. Stirring when the water has evaporated, add onion cut into half rings. Fry until the onions are cooked through and have become translucent and still crispy.
