  • Moiva (freshly frozen) - 1 kg
  • Mushrooms (tinned) - 1 jar.
  • Cucumber (pickled or salted) - 2 pcs
  • Potatoes - 4 pcs
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tablepoon
  • Wheat flour / Flour
  • Spices (salt, pepper)
  • Mayonnaise

How to cook "fish keg with mushrooms" step by step with photos

Wash capelin, remove head and tail.

Salted mushrooms, pickled cucumbers.

Peel and core the potatoes.

Salt and season the capelin. Prepare flour for breading and sunflower oil to grease the tray.

Roll cut capelin in flour.

Put the capelin on a greased baking sheet and bake in a heated oven until golden brown.

Salt and pepper the ready potatoes, smear them with mayonnaise and bake in the oven until they are ready.

Put mushrooms in cooled baked potatoes.

Cover the potatoes with baked capelin.

I fastened the capelin with a lettuce leaf (green onions are possible).

And I decorated it with a cucumber, as my imagination prompted me. That's the snack I made! Everyone was delighted, and with vodka...
