Fish Barrel with Mushrooms

Great appetizer for vodka.
Ingredients for "fish keg with mushrooms":

How to cook "fish keg with mushrooms" step by step with photos

Wash capelin, remove head and tail. |
|
Salted mushrooms, pickled cucumbers. |
|
Peel and core the potatoes. |
|
Salt and season the capelin.
Prepare flour for breading and sunflower oil to grease the tray. |
|
Roll cut capelin in flour. |
|
Put the capelin on a greased baking sheet and bake in a heated oven until golden brown. |
|
Salt and pepper the ready potatoes, smear them with mayonnaise and bake in the oven until they are ready. |
|
Put mushrooms in cooled baked potatoes. |
|
Cover the potatoes with baked capelin. |
|
I fastened the capelin with a lettuce leaf (green onions are possible). |

And I decorated it with a cucumber, as my imagination prompted me.
