  • Wheat flour / Flour - 1 unit
  • Cornflour - 2 tablespoon
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Vegetable oil (for frying) - 1 glass
  • Cream (heavy, for sauce) - 2 tablespoon
  • Orange zest - 1 teaspoon
  • Orange juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper

How to cook mushrooms and lentils French step by step with photos


Let's prepare everything you need.

Boil the lentils until tender.

Wash the mushrooms and remove the stalks, we will need them for the sauce.

Sauté half an onion.

Add boiled lentils, onion, salt, pepper, a spoonful of orange juice and some zest and puree.
