Ingredients for pickled oyster mushrooms:


  • Oyster mushrooms (Fresh) - 400 g
  • Garlic (Preferably young) - 2 clove
  • Parsley - 1 bunch.
  • Sunflower oil (Refined) - 80 ml
  • Vinegar essence (5% can be whatever you like: wine, spirits, balsamic, sherry...) - 50 ml
  • Pepper mixture (from mill)
  • Salt - to taste

How to cook fried marinated oyster mushrooms step by step with photos


Cut off the bottom hard part of the oyster mushroom stalks, shake off with a napkin, do not wash them, they will splatter a lot when fried, and if you wash them, be sure to dry them well... Slice like on the picture.
