How to cook appetizer salad "Golden Autumn" step by step with photos

Prepare the mushrooms.
Chop the onions into shavings.
Slice the garlic into strips. |

Peel and core the bell peppers and cut them into large chunks.
Peel the apple from its seeds and cut into thick wedges.

Pour half the oil in a pan, put the bay leaf, the mushrooms, half the soy sauce and fry for 5-6 minutes over a high heat - stirring.
Pour contents of frying pan into a bowl. |

Pour remaining oil into the frying pan, add onion, optional hot pepper and stir-fry over high heat for a few minutes. |

Pour in remaining soy sauce, add garlic, apple and peppers, fry for 4 minutes on high heat - stir. |

Stir in sugar and a pinch of salt and fry for a minute.
Turn off .
Pour in vinegar and season with ground black pepper.
Stir well. |

Add contents to mushrooms, stir.
Leave to rest for 12 hours. |

Sprinkle with greens if desired. |
