Ingredients for appetizer salad "golden autumn":


  • Champignons - 350 g
  • Sweet pepper - 350 g
  • Apple (solid) - 1 pc
  • Sugar - 4 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce (Kikkoman, naturally brewed) - 3 tablespoon
  • Onions - 1 pc
  • Vegetable oil - 70 ml
  • Vinegar (9 %) - 70 ml
  • Bay leaf - 2 pcs
  • Garlic - 4 clove
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Salt - 1 pinch.
  • Greens - to taste
  • Red hot pepper (I took 3 rings) - to taste

How to cook appetizer salad "Golden Autumn" step by step with photos


Prepare the mushrooms. Chop the onions into shavings. Slice the garlic into strips.

Peel and core the bell peppers and cut them into large chunks. Peel the apple from its seeds and cut into thick wedges.

Pour half the oil in a pan, put the bay leaf, the mushrooms, half the soy sauce and fry for 5-6 minutes over a high heat - stirring. Pour contents of frying pan into a bowl.

Pour remaining oil into the frying pan, add onion, optional hot pepper and stir-fry over high heat for a few minutes.

Pour in remaining soy sauce, add garlic, apple and peppers, fry for 4 minutes on high heat - stir.

Stir in sugar and a pinch of salt and fry for a minute. Turn off . Pour in vinegar and season with ground black pepper. Stir well.

Add contents to mushrooms, stir. Leave to rest for 12 hours.

Sprinkle with greens if desired.
