Greek Mushrooms

I got this recipe on the internet, so I'm not sure if it's Greek.
It was a very flavorful, tasty dish. I hope it will come in handy for a Lenten diet.
Ingredients for Greek Mushrooms:

(with olive oil added "Oleina")

(freshly ground)

Dill

Water
-
300 ml

1 teaspoon
How to cook Greek mushrooms step by step with photos

Get a pan, pour water, put mushrooms in it "bouquet garni", Coriander, cumin, black pepper, salt, lemon juice.
"Bouquet of garni" bunch of parsley, thyme, celery and bay leaves. |

Take mushrooms from marinade with a slotted spoon or a slotted spoon, and boil the marinade by 2 times until it becomes a syrup. |

Put mushrooms in a bowl and pour the boiled marinade over them. Let the appetizer cool.
When serving sprinkle with freshly ground pepper mix and finely chopped dill greens.
