Ingredients for grilled mushrooms on skewers:

  • Champignons - 1 kg
  • Soy sauce - 100 ml
  • Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoon
  • Greens (Any kind, I have dill and thyme) - 1 bunch.
  • Bread (rye, loaf) - 1 pc
  • Garlic - 3 clove
  • Salt (to taste)

How to cook grilled mushrooms on skewers step by step with photos

Rinse mushrooms well and blot with paper towel. Carefully trim the base of the stalks. Slice the mushrooms into halves. In a bowl mix the soy sauce, mayonnaise, chopped herbs and salt to taste. Add the mushrooms, stir well and leave to marinate for an hour, stirring occasionally.

Mushrooms can be prepared in different ways. In this case I cooked them on a grill pan. The various electric grills represented by the prizes in this contest are ideal. Put the mushrooms on wooden skewers and fry each side for a few minutes.
