The soul rejoices and so does the holiday! These snack cakes for the holiday table will not take much time, but the effect they have when served will make you happy!

Ingredients for Snack Cakes"for Holiday":


  • Chicken Stuffing - 0,5 kg
  • Mushrooms - 200 g
  • Onions - 1 pc
  • Carrots - 1 pc
  • Cream (100 ml for the stuffing, 100 ml for the cheese glaze) - 200 ml
  • Chicken egg - 1 pc
  • Cream cheese (50 g.for cream to bind the layers, 150 for cheese glaze) - 200 g
  • Gelatin - 15 g
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Greens (dill, parsley)

How to cook snack cakes"for the feast" step by step with photos


Prepare minced ham meat.

Add 100 ml cream and beaten egg.

Stir well, season with salt and pepper to taste. That's a crust pastry.

Grease a baking dish and sprinkle with breadcrumbs or line it with baking paper. Pour half the mass.

Bake in an oven heated to 160-180 C for 15 mins. Remove shortcrust pastry and let cool. Repeat for the second crust.

Prepare the cream to bind the layers. Fry mushrooms with onions and carrots.

Season with salt and, once cool, put in a blender or mince with a meat grinder.

Add melted cheese and mix.

Spread cream on one cake and cover with another.

Prepare cheese glaze. Dissolve gelatin in cream (warm but do not boil). Let it cool to room temperature and mix with melted cheese until smooth. I had cheese "Amber".

Cut the pieces into loaves and triangles, then smear each piece with the cheese glaze and roll the sides in chopped greenery.

Finely grated carrots on top of the cakes.
