Ingredients for a hot snack in waffle cakes:

  • Rice (Mistral, Aquatica) - 150 g
  • Mushrooms - 100 g
  • Radish - 5 pcs
  • Breadcake (waffle)
  • Hard cheese - 60 g
  • Greens
  • Chicken egg - 1 pc
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • vegetable oil (for frying)

How to cook hot snack in waffle cakes step by step with photos

1. Boil rice until tender

2. Fry mushrooms and add to rice. Grate the radish on a fine grater, salt and pepper.

3. Finely chop the dill

4. The filling is ready

5. Prepare the rectangular waffle cakes. Separate half of the filling and add grated cheese to the other half. Spread the filling and cover with the second cake.

6. Cut into 4 squares. Fry in a little oil on both sides
