Julienne Delicious

The recipe for this dish was posted in 2008 by the user Enchantment under the title "Julienne "Delight" and illustrated by me as part of the "Coloring pages".
We liked it very much, it was not troublesome, delicate, but quite a filling dish. Only the quantity of ingredients I reduced a bit and added a small onion. Many thanks to the author! Come in and help yourself.

How to cook julienne "delicious" step by step with photos

Finely chop the onion, fry a little, add mushrooms (I had canned chopped, but I pre-washed them) and crab sticks chopped into circles.
Sauté over high heat for about 5 minutes, stirring. |

In another pan, melt the butter, add the flour and fry until golden, stirring all the time. Next, the author suggests diluting the mixture with hot milk and stirring until smooth. But the first time I did so, the flour boiled and became very thick, so I had to add a little cream to bring it to the right consistency. And the second time I made it, I used cold milk and it was just right.
Coat small bowls in oil, put the fried crab sticks and mushrooms in them, pour the sauce over them and mix gently. |

Grate cheese on a fine grater and sprinkle liberally on top.
Put the molds in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes (do not cover), so that the cheese melts well, but does not fry. |
