  • Wheat flour / Flour (Take a glass of flour, make a slide.) - 1 glass
  • Chicken egg (Make a hole in the middle and add an egg) - 1 egg
  • Sunflower oil (Add 2 spoonfuls of oil in the middle) - 2 teaspoon
  • Vodka (Add a spoonful of vodka and salt to taste.) - 1 teaspoon
  • Champignons (Wash and dry mushrooms. Next mushrooms, chop them finely. Chop them finely too.) - 6 pcs

How to cook julienne in a crispy basket step by step with photos


Make dough. 1 cup wheat flour. Create a hill. Make a hole in the middle. Add an egg, cooking oil, salt, vodka and water. Knead the dough like for chebureks. To prevent the dough from sticking to your hands when you mix all the ingredients and you get a dense dough. Add a little sunflower oil to your hands and keep kneading. Then put the dough under the bowl.

Now while our dough is resting. We're making julienne. We fry the onions until golden brown. Next we add mushrooms, and fry them with the onions until they are golden brown. Then we add the chicken meat, chopped up fine. And fry everything. Add a little salt and spices to taste. When the chicken is ready. And it's ready in about 5 minutes because it's in small pieces. We add the mayonnaise. Stir it all up and fry it for a couple of minutes. Stir well.

When the julienne is ready, you can take out the dough. and divide it into six pieces. And roll out the dough in circles. Put it in the mold. Put it in the oven. Roast for a little while at 200 degrees. But not until golden brown.

Then we take out of the oven and fill the baskets with julienne. On top we put the grated cheese. And again we put it in the oven.

Since we have already cooked julienne. We bake so that the baskets and the cheese get a golden crust. It took me about 15 minutes. Eat it hot or cold. You can decorate with greens on top.
