  • Champignons - 100 g
  • Chicken (boiled) - 100 g

  • Vegetable oil - 1 tablepoon
  • Cream - 2 tablespoon
  • Cream cheese ("Friendship") - 1 / 2 pcs
  • Salt
  • Hard cheese ("Gouda") - 300 g

How to cook julienne: Finely chop the onions.

Fry it in vegetable oil.

Shred the mushrooms finely, too.

Add them to the onions, stir and fry.

Salt to taste.

Chop chicken flesh into small pieces.

Add to pan, add cream, stir and let warm up.

Cut melted cheese into medium slices and add to the mixture.

Braise, cheese should melt and mass should thicken, remove from heat and cool.

Now we take the cheese.

And we shift into the mold, giving the rims of the waves (I used a cut-off disposable cup), now we send this cocotte in the fridge to solidify.

We put the ready-made cocotte on a plate, fill it with the cooled filling, preferably before serving, and then serve it to our guests.

Another option for the formation of cocotte is if at the stage of removing from the microwave, put a glass in the bowl, form waves and put something around, so that the form is not lost while it is freezing, put it in the fridge.

Once frozen, take it out and fill with the cooled julienne, serve.
