Ingredients for julienne in edible "cocotte":

  • Tomato (medium) - 3 pcs
  • Potatoes (medium) - 3 pcs
  • Chicken thigh (small) - 1 pc
  • Champignons - 100 g
  • Hard Cheese
  • Soy Sauce
  • Spices (salt,pepper)
  • Mayonnaise

How to cook julienne in edible "cocotte" step by step with photos

Wash the tomatoes, carefully remove the center with a spoon or knife, put the flesh of the tomato in a bowl, do the same with the potatoes.

Cut earlier marinaded in soya sauce ham into pieces, Add to the bowl with the tomato flesh.

Add the fried mushrooms to the stuffing and stir it up.
