I wanted to feed her a julienne of mushrooms. But there was no time to bake tartlets and ready-made, too, did not buy. And then I remembered my recipe "Fish nests". There it is, the way out!!! It is very handy if you do not have cocotte or if you have no time or lazy to bake tartlets.

  • Champignons - 200 g
  • Onions (small) - 1 pc
  • Cream (20%) - 150 ml
  • Hard cheese - 80 g
  • Greens (Various)

I made the stuffing using Julia lia's recipe "Snack puffs with stuffing "Julienne". Quick and easy recipe. Thank her so much for it. Slice the mushrooms into strips. Chop the onions very finely.

Fry the mushrooms in a pan until the juice evaporates. Add the onions and fry for 3 to 5 minutes more. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour in cream, reduce, add grated cheese and finely chopped chopped herbs. Stir and remove from heat.

This is the kind of loaf they sell in our city. It's called "Niva ", but I call it the caterpillar. The loaf is completely round and divided into segments. Incredibly convenient for sandwiches, they come out flat and the same thickness. That's what I decided to use. I sliced my "caterpillar" into two segments.
